Construction is well underway at Charlie – “Condos That Love You,” situated at King West at Charlotte Street, just east of Spadina in Toronto. Currently, excavation is complete and the tower crane is up. Crews are pouring the P5 underground parking garage level and waterproofing the perimeter walls. The forming process is moving along, and will reach ground level later this year.
