Now 85 per cent sold, and in response to consumer demand, five more storeys have recently been added, bringing the condominium’s total height to 70 storeys and the number of suites to 732. Situated at the southeast corner of one of Canada’s most significant intersections and the gateway to prestigious Bloor-Yorkville, One Bloor (<a href="http://www.onebloor.com/">www.onebloor.com</a>) offers a coveted residential destination inToronto’s most fashionable neighbourhood.</p>

<p>To mark the onset of construction, a special screening room was set up within a tent on the One Bloor site with the One Bloor Design and Construction Team in attendance. Ground was broken through motion-driven gesture-controlled virtual technology that simulated the earth falling away from the floor of the tent as shovels were “dug in”. An image of the building then rose on a video tower in the background. The<strong> </strong>ceremony emulated the gesture-controlled technology housed within the One Bloor condominium sales office, which offers a virtual tour of the property and its interiors &#8211; a first inToronto.</p>
<p>At the ceremonies, David Gerofsky, President and COO of the Great Gulf Group of Companies said, “One Bloor is the culmination of a shared fantasy of what downtown living can be. Our world-renowned design team comprised of Hariri Pontarini Architects, Cecconi Simone, and Janet Rosenberg + Associates, have broughtGreatGulf’s dream and that fantasy into reality.”</p>
<p>Outstanding components of this $450 million, target LEED® certified, Hariri Pontarini-designed mixed-use community include: direct Yonge and Bloor line subway access – with new public subway access on Yonge Street; 100,000 sq. ft. of new prime retail on three levels along Yonge and Bloor; 27,000 sq. ft. of unique Cecconi Simone-designed indoor and outdoor resort-inspired amenities; and an additional 19,000 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space by Janet Rosenberg +Associates.<strong><em>  </em></strong>Exceptional features and finishes are available in Silver (floors 8 to 38), Gold (floors 39 to 62), and Platinum (floors 63 to 70).</p>
<p style="text-align:left;" align="center">The sixth floor includes a large spa area with three treatment rooms, plus <span style="text-decoration:underline;">separate</span> his and hers: cold plunges, hot plunges, jet massages, experience showers, Laconium (steam therapy) and Tepidarium  (aroma stream therapy) suites, ice fountains and change rooms<strong><em>. </em></strong>There are outdoor terraces, a series of lounges (fireplace look-out, TV and day bed), two sculpture gardens, a bar, private dining room with full caterers’ kitchen, and a billiards room with a TV/bar and kitchenette.</p>

BEEM enables the company to generate and exchange information through all stages of the design process, simulate real-world performance, streamline workflow, value engineer, increase productivity and improve project quality.</p>

<p>One Sherway is Etobicoke’s best-selling condominium community, and is located at Evans Avenue and The West Mall, across from prestigious Sherway Gardens shopping mall.
